Dr. Erik Frederick (General Partner)
Dr. Frederick is an information strategy and management professional with over 14 years experience with expertise in software architecture, storage area network design, database design and scientific algorithm development within the bio-tech industry. His communications skills and scientific background facilitate interdisciplinary projects.
Erik holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and received a Ph.D from Duke University in Biomedical Engineering.

Eric Labow (General Partner)
Eric is an information strategy and management professional with over 13 years of industry experience managing and developing projects for small-to-mid sized companies. His strength as a project manager and experience with many software frameworks, methodologies, and architectures are an invaluable asset to facilitate the completion of any project.

John Brown (General Partner)
John Brown is an experienced online solutions developer with over 9 years of experience applying creativity, functionality and efficiency to online solutions. Previously, John was the developer of Dell's usability and style guidelines for use on the Dell intranet in 1999 and was responsible for both the US and global Dell intranet websites. As a leader on Dell's Intranet Services team John lead multiple web developer sessions on topics reguarding programming languages, scripting, style and design, usability and heuristics, database development, and many other web technologies and tools. Since leaving Dell, he has worked in the technology and pharmaceutical industries and continues to apply his experience and expertise to helping clients utilize the web for marketing and business solutions.
He has lead developers through envisioning, development, testing and deployment of various types of business intelligent intranet- and internet-based applications and sites. He is creative and efficient with a focus on building reliable solutions utilizing proven, best of breed technologies.
John holds a degree in Business from Texas A&M University.
